Timothy J. Cartwright is Chairman of the Tamiami Angel Fund I, LLC, SW Florida's first Angel Fund. Mr. Cartwright also serves as Chairman of the Gulf Coast Venture Forum, a non-profit Angel Investment Network serving Southwest Florida with two chapters located in Naples and Sarasota. Mr. Cartwright is the Managing Director of Compass Advisory Group, LLC, a firm he founded in 2003 and merged into Fifth Avenue Advisors in 2006. Compass Advisory Group is a merger and acquisition consultancy that completes business transactions and corporate restructurings for middle market companies. Prior, he co-founded By-Products Interactive, an electronic trading, market research and publishing company; and Benchmark Solutions, a supply chain consulting company. He began his career working with middle market companies at Arthur Andersen with a specialty in enterprise software solutions. Mr. Cartwright earned his MBA degree from J. L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his undergraduate Economics degree from the University of Wisconsin.

In SW Florida, his Board positions include the FGCU Foundation Board, Economic Development Council of Collier County, and the Northwestern Alumni Club of Naples. Additionally, he serves as a member of BioFlorida's SW Florida chapter organizing committee. At the state level, Mr. Cartwright serves as a Director for the Florida Economic Development Council, as a judge for ITFlorida’s annual statewide awards program and as a member of the Selection Committee for the Florida Venture Forum’s Early Stage Venture Capital Conference. Most recently Tim has severed as Judge and Panelist for numerous initiatives in including Moffitt Cancer Center 6th Annual Business of Biotech Conference, Venture Pitch Orlando and Tampa’s Igniting Innovation Program.

Mr. Hill is the Executive Chairman of Benesch Attorneys at Law. He is Chair of the firm's Private Equity Group and an active and practicing member of its Corporate & Securities Practice Group. Mr. Hill also served as Benesch's Managing Partner from 1999-2007 and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He focuses his active practice on publicly and privately held growth companies in addition to representing equity and mezzanine funds. Mr. Hill primarily handles mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of equity, and public and private offerings of debt. He also works with copanies as to strategies both for organic and acquisitive growth and potential exit or recapitalization; whether they are sponsored or nonsponsored as to ownership. He is also very active with enterprises that do not have a financial sponsor. Additionally, Mr. Hill sits on a number of boards of directors. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
